Dear BWPI Clubs, Associations and Members,
On behalf of BWPI and WPQ, I would like to call for Expressions of Interests for Pool Co-ordinators for the Brisbane Water Polo Competition held every Saturday during Term 4, 2021 and Term 1 2022. This is a paid role and may be located at one of seven competition venues across Brisbane.
The primary role of Pool Coordinator is to ensure the effective delivery and oversight of all matches hosted at the designated facility, including the appropriate standard and operation of the competition, including pool set up. Pool Coordinators will also be the first point of contact for all queries or issues that arise at the venue. This may include dealing with any behavioural matters that may arise that fall outside of the jurisdiction of the match referees and officials. Please review the Pool Co-ordinator position description for more information about the role.
To allow greater flexibility, split shifts may be arranged to allow Pool Coordinators to work a 4-5 hour morning or afternoon shift as opposed to a full day. We may also consider accommodating requests to allocate Pool Co-ordinators to venues where their children or family members are playing. If you are interested in applying to become a Pool Co-ordinator, please email an EOI outlining your skills, qualifications and experience to operations@bwpi.org by close of business Thursday 28 October.
Thankyou.
Kind Regards,
