Thank you for supplying your Queensland Working With Children Check (WWCC/Blue Card). 

If you are over 17 years of age or older and completing any Water Polo Australia Coaching or Officiating Course, please obtain your Working With Children Card/Number to your profile. 

YOU MUST REGISTER YES FOR THE EVENT. THIS DOES NOT REQUIRE ATTENDANCE.

See below documents required:

• Who Needs a Blue Card?
• Under 18
  • Photo ID for proof of age will be seen as a valid WWCC for volunteer work only.
    • Drivers License, Proof of Age Card, Passport, School ID (With photo and DOB)
  • If you are paid at all for your services you will be required to receive a Blue Card.
• Parent Exemptions - Register as a parent for exemption as a volunteer with your childs club
  • This will not be linked to a coach, referee or table official accrediation. 
  • If you are travelling overnight or interstate as a manager, coach, referee or table official you will be required to have a valid WWCC from WPA
  • If you are participating in WPA sanctioned events, this will not be permitted as a valid WWCC for the event
  • U18 members - for Exemption number just populate with 1234 or 00000
  • For expiry number please input the date you turn 18 years of age

Note: An Application for your check will not be approved. Only approved and current Working With Children Cards, Exemptions & valid Photo ID's will be accepted.
