Water Polo Queensland release 'Coaching Corner' training video series

Water Polo Queensland has released a selection of training videos for coach and player development.

With the aim of creating a library of resources, WPQ Coaching Corner will provide technical and tactical tips and advice as well as articles from professionals.

While starting initially with basic training videos WPQ Coaching Corner will endeavor to become a one-stop hub for any aspiring coaches and players to gain knowledge and develop their skills.

After visiting many parts of Queensland Junior Talent Program (JTP) head coach Simon Daley saw the need for sharing resources and connecting with regional areas to help foster coaches to develop the next generation of players. He commented

"It's so important for WPQLD to get information to far-reaching areas of the state where resources are scarce. The ultimate vision of having this library is to help develop coaches because without them we cannot develop the next generation of players."
