Thanks to our fantastic partners at Sci-Fleet Motors, you can win a luxury staycation package at the Emporium Hotel South Bank! All you have to do is guess the number of water polo balls we’ve put inside a 2018 Toyota Corolla Ascent Sport hatch. Submit your entry in person during State Titles and we will announce the winner on Thursday, 13 December.
Competition Terms and Conditions
The promoter is Water Polo Queensland (ABN 85 300 761 576) whose registered office is, Suite 1:08 Sports House, 150 Caxton Street, Milton, Queensland, 4064 and Sci-Fleet Toyota (ABN 25 057 783 749) whose principal place of business is 469 Gympie Road, Kedron, Queensland 4031.
The competition is open to people who attended the 2018 Water Polo Queensland State Titles, except employees of Water Polo Queensland and Sci-Fleet Toyota and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The competition will run on the Water Polo Queensland Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook accounts. Entries will only be accepted in person during the 2018 Water Polo Queensland State Titles (State Titles) at the Sleeman Sport Centre between 7th – 13th December 2018.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be accepted.
Closing date for entry will be 10:00 am, Thursday, 13, December. After this time no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
1. Participants are invited to guess the number of HART Sport water polo balls, various sizes, that are in a 2018 Toyota Corolla Ascent Sport Hatch Hybrid.
2. Participants are to submit their answer in person during State Titles on the entry card provided.
3. The winner will be announced on the final day of State Titles, which is Thursday, 13 December 2018.
4. In case of a draw, a lucky draw will take place to decide the winner and announced on Thursday, 13 December 2018.
5. In case no one has guessed the right number, entrants within five (5) above or below of the right answer will be entered into a lucky draw and announced on Thursday, 13 December 2018.
6. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
7. Water Polo Queensland and Sci-Fleet Toyota shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
8. Water Polo Queensland and Sci-Fleet Toyota also reserve the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. The prize is as follows: A luxury accommodation package at the Emporium Hotel South Bank. Inclusive of breakfast for two people, valet parking, midday checkout in a river city king suite. Up to the value $370.00.
11. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Queensland law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
14. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

16. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
